"Duke", a coon hound mix, can melt your heart with his eyes. His journey was a difficult one. Duke was rescued from the pound and kept in boarding, patiently waiting until a spot opened up for him. His first two homes didn't work out. It was later discovered that he had a painful hip condition that caused him to snap defensively when pulled too quickly by his collar or leash. He has since been adopted to an older gentleman. They have been together for ten months now. Beautiful Duke has found his permanent home at last!
